Ken Joseph, Project Manager
Ken Joseph has over fifteen years of marketing and public relations experience in the practice areas of real estate, hospitality, food service and shipping. Ken has provided strategic counsel to corporations and businesses in the areas of public affairs, strategic planning, and sales and marketing.
A native of New Mexico, Ken received his degree from the University of Pennsylvania at the Annenberg School of Communications and the Wharton School of Business. After returning to Santa Fe, Ken started in the development business and in 1989 became Vice President and Director of Marketing and Development for the Office Court Companies Inc. Along with his partners he grew Office Court into a multi-million dollar enterprise with several projects in New Mexico and Colorado.
As VP, he wrote and implemented business plans for real estate development, management, marketing and consulting. He also consulted on marketing for Office Court projects and other real estate projects in Chicago, Fredericksburg, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Madison, Yakima and Bend, with great success.
As President of Ken Joseph Consulting, Ken provided consulting for public relations and marketing to the bed and breakfast industry, digital printing, community agriculture, food service and more.
As Project Manager at Carroll Strategies, Ken brings his wide knowledge of business planning and public relations to work in corporate communications, startup planning, and strategic public relations.
Community involvement has always been one of Ken's core values. He serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Monte Del Sol Charter School, an award winning public school in Santa Fe. He is passionate about fusion cooking, mountain biking, trick water skiing, and traveling off the beaten path. He and his wife Deena have four daughters ages 7 to 19.
